Ad Impressions Accounting Rules
For Media advertising materials, if the link to these Rules is stipulated by the correspondent Order form
Media advertisement shall be placed from the date agreed by the Parties in the Order form.
The Customer’s Media advertisement placement shall cease, when total cost of the Impressions during the current month equals the amount of the Customer’s Advertising budget stipulated in the Order form. If the Order form stipulates the Media advertisement placement for the next month, the Media advertisement placement shall resume from the first day of the next month.
If, at the end of the period for Service rendering under the Order form on the Customer’s Media advertisement placement, there are monetary funds remaining on the Customer’s account within the limits of the correspondent Order form, then Service rendering shall be continued until the complete exhaustion of the monetary funds, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Order form concluded between the Parties, starting from the tenth (10th) day of the month after the term of the Service rendering under the Order form, if the Parties have not agreed on other condition, including the return of the remaining monetary funds to the Customer, in the amount surpassing the cost of actually rendered by the Provider Services as of the date of termination of the Order form.
